Dear sir/madam, Good evening. My father is PR Malaysia (red IC). Recently he intend to renew his certificate of Identity( Surat Akaun Pengenalan) from immigration of Malaysia because he intend to travel Singapore but he is being informed that need to prepare some documents to renew. One of the document is surat kedutaan to prove that he is not citizen of Singapore. Please see attachment for your references. Kindly seek your assistance. Appreciated for the help. Thank you.
